Statutory pay rates

Current statutory pay rates in respect of Family Leave provisions, Statutory Sick Pay and the National Minimum Wage are as follows:

First six weeks – 90 per cent of employee’s average weekly earnings. Remaining weeks - £139.58 or 90 per cent of employee’s weekly earnings if this is lower |

First six weeks – 90 per cent of employee’s average weekly earnings. |

Statutory paternity pay (SPP) |
Two weeks - £139.58 or 90 per cent of employee’s weekly earnings if this is lower. |

Statutory shared parental leave pay |
£139.58 or 90 per cent of employee’s weekly earnings if this is lower |

Statutory Sick Pay (SSP) |
£88.45 per week |
